Intended use
Dishadarshaq is a guidance and decision-support tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument, not a selection gate, and not a replacement for human judgment. The four pillars (Heart, Brain, Mind, Environment) produce confidence-banded scores designed to inform a student, candidate, or counselor — never to make a decision on their behalf.
India K-12
Stream and subject guidance for grades 5–12. Mind pillar is strengths-framed and routes every escalation to a named counselor-of-record. Parents see a conversation guide; they do not see clinical bands.
Global K-12
Same pillars, calibrated per region. GDPR and COPPA flows are mandatory. Per-jurisdiction consent records are kept on file.
Enterprise Role-Fit (Deep)
Per-role validation is required before the vertical can be activated for a tenant. An I/O psychologist reviewer-of-record signs every Workplace EQ output before it reaches a hiring manager. Adverse-impact audits run nightly; a 4/5ths ratio below 0.80 auto-suspends the role family.
Enterprise Recruiter Decision Support
Decision support, not a decision. Every shortlist requires a named human reviewer. Sole reliance on the algorithmic output is contractually forbidden. The whole test always completes — no fatal-flaw early termination. Published false-positive and false-negative rates are visible on every report.
Locked: Government / military officer selection
Not built. Reopens only under seven preconditions documented in our locked-verticals contract.
