1. Automated rejection of any candidate or student.
2. Sole reliance on the algorithmic output for any consequential decision.
3. Use as a clinical diagnostic instrument.
4. Disciplinary action against students based on Mind pillar output.
5. Cross-context data sharing without a fresh consent flow.
6. Use in the Government / military officer selection vertical.
7. Any use that harms a child (DPDPA categorical prohibition).
8. Use as a "bulk filtration" or "auto-reject in 4 minutes" product.
9. Marketing as "spoof-proof", "100% accurate", "flawless", or any equivalent overclaim.
10. Use in jurisdictions where the tenant has not completed an adverse-impact audit for the relevant role family.
